Returns & Exchanges
• Return or exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
• Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
• Exchanges are allowed only if the item meets the conditions below.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging.
• Any item that has been used, damaged, altered, or mishandled by the customer is not eligible for return or exchange.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, flowers, intimate items, and sanitary products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Proof & Approval Process
• All return or exchange requests must include proof of purchase or receipt.
• Once a request is submitted, we will review it and contact you to confirm whether the return is approved or rejected.
• Items returned without approval will not be processed.
Refunds & Store Credit
• Where applicable, approved returns may be issued as store credit (coupon) equal to the value of the original purchase.
• Cash refunds are not guaranteed and are issued only at our discretion.
• Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.
• Customers are fully responsible for all return shipping costs.
